Printing happens after payment. We don't print anything until you've paid in store on collection (or via QR at the desk). This way nothing is wasted if plans change.

Your file, your privacy.

We delete your uploaded file as soon as your order is collected and paid. Files for uncollected orders are automatically deleted 24 hours after submission, and we'll email you to confirm. We never share your details with third parties.

A short order summary is kept on file only as long as needed for normal business record-keeping, in line with the NSW Uncollected Goods Act 1995.
