We use standard 80 micron pouches with a professional commercial laminator. We can laminate certificates, menus, signs, kids' artwork, maps, ID cards — basically any flat document up to A3 size. Most jobs are done in under 5 minutes while you wait. Just bring the document in.

Absolutely. Bring your document or photos in and we'll scan them at high resolution and email them straight to your inbox — or save to your USB stick. Single A4 page is $0.50, with bulk discounts at 10+ pages. Old family photos, important documents, school work — anything.

Walk in and we'll set you up at the copier. Self-serve for simple jobs, assisted for anything trickier (mixed sizes, bound originals, big stacks). Pricing is per side — A4 black & white starts at $0.25 and drops to $0.15 for 51+ copies. A3 and colour also available. Tap the Copy tab above to see the full rate card.

For big jobs (50+ copies), it's worth letting us know you're coming so we can get the copier warmed up and the paper ready.

Yes — we curate a Discover layer alongside the print & return services. Currently in stock: Magic: The Gathering, One Piece Card Game, Yu-Gi-Oh! boosters and decks; Pokémon TCG; Instax and Polaroid film; LEGO; coin and stamp collectables.

New stock lands regularly. Drop in, ask staff what's just arrived, and we can also order specific products in for you.

If you submit them as one order (just upload all the files together at once), the minimum applies to the whole job, not each file.

If you've already submitted them separately and they're each under the minimum, just let our team know in store and we'll combine them — you'll only pay the minimum once.

It covers our time setting up, running the print, checking the result, and packaging it for collection — the work behind every job, even small ones. Most pages cost cents to print, but the human time is the same regardless of size.

Yes! Bring it to the store and our team will plug it in for you at the Express desk. We handle JPEG, PNG, HEIC, PDF, Word documents, and most common formats.

Tip: if you can submit through this website before you arrive, your job is already in our queue and will print faster.

Yes — ask any team member at the counter. We'll switch on AirDrop and you can send your files directly. Works for documents and photos.

Send them to print@ozari.com.au with your name in the subject line. We'll print them when you come in. (Submitting via this website is faster — your order's already queued and priced when you arrive.)

Absolutely — that's what this website is for. Upload now, drop in any time during our pickup hours to collect and pay.

Important: please collect within 24 hours. After that, we automatically delete uploaded files (for your privacy) and you'd need to re-upload. If you can't make it in 24 hours, just message us and we'll hold the file for you.

Two options: in store at the counter (cash or card) when you come to collect, or online via Shopify at submission time — just tap "I'm here" when you arrive and we'll start printing. Either way, nothing prints until your payment AND your in-store presence are confirmed, so there's no risk of being charged for something that didn't work out.

Yes. Files are stored privately, only accessible by our team for fulfilment. Once your order is paid, files are automatically deleted. If a job is abandoned (uploaded but never picked up), files are deleted after 24 hours.

If something's wrong on our end (smudges, wrong colour, paper jam) we re-print it free. If you're not happy with how YOUR file looks printed, we'll always show you the first copy before running the rest — so you can stop, adjust, or cancel before paying for a full batch.

Most jobs are ready within minutes if our team has capacity. We give you a wait estimate when you submit.

Standard sizes (A3, A4, A5) on standard paper are what we do every day. For larger formats, special paper, or high-volume print runs, message our team or pop in for a quote.
