What can I print & what does it cost?

Print PDFs or Word docs straight from your phone — colour 99c/page or B&W 25c/page, single or double-sided, and you can choose exactly which pages. A3 and A5 print at the back of store on our larger machine. There’s a $5 minimum per job on weekends, and where available, a $3 minimum on weekdays.

Can I print more than one document?

Yes — tap “Add another document” to print up to 5 documents in one go. They share your settings by default; tick “Different settings for each document” if you want, say, one in colour and one in B&W. You pay once for the lot.

How do I pay?

By card on your phone before printing — or tap “Pay at the counter” and pay by cash or card at the counter. Once payment is confirmed, tap Print and collect from the front printer.

I paid but the page is stuck

Tap “I’ve paid — check now” on the payment screen. If it still doesn’t update after a moment, ask a team member and we’ll sort it.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Once you pay and press Print, the job prints immediately and can’t be cancelled or refunded — please check the preview carefully first.

Something’s not working

Tap “Need help? Ask a team member” anywhere in the flow, or just come to the counter — we’re happy to help.
